when someone in the family is in the hospital or needs care at home, everyone wants to help, but messages get lost in the group chat and no one is quite sure who has the next shift.

juntos is for sons and daughters, grandchildren, siblings, partners and friends who take turns as caregivers at the hospital, and for anyone caring for an elderly parent or someone recovering at home. each group is private and centered on one person: the one being cared for.

how it works

getting started is simple

  1. sign in with your phone

    use your phone number and confirm it with the code we send by SMS.

  2. create a group or join by invite

    one group for each person who needs care. whoever creates it invites the family by phone number, and the invite shows up in the app.

  3. organize together

    updates, the schedule, visits, errands and meds all live in one place, and everyone is notified when something changes.

everything the family needs to coordinate

  • updates with photos and videos

    a timeline of how the patient is doing, with comments on every update. the patient can post too, and you can hide an update from the patient when needed.

  • caregiver schedule

    morning, afternoon and night shifts, plus recurring ones. take an open shift with one tap, ask someone to swap or cover for you, and get reminders and alerts when a shift has no one.

  • arrivals and "on the way"

    arrival check-in for your shift, with automatic detection by location if you allow it. the family can follow live who is on the way.

  • visits and handovers

    visiting hours for the hospital or clinic, visit booking with a daily visitor limit, where the patient is (place, room and address) and handover times between caregivers.

  • errands and help during shifts

    a list of what to bring and who is bringing it. and while you're on shift, someone in the family picks up your kid from school or feeds the dog.

  • prescription, meds and allergies

    meds with doses and times, each dose marked along with who marked it, and allergies always at hand. AI prescription reading is optional: take a photo of the prescription, review it and only then save.
